In 2002 Imara was doing 4 seminars per year with a network of approximately 500 pastors Today they complete approximately 30 seminars per year with a network of somewhere between 2000 and 2500 pastors and church leaders.

Life on Life Missional Discipleship
In 2002 the people in TZ saw that we were different and asked why In 2010 Completion of LOLMD seminars over 4 years teaching pastors and church the answer to this question and how their lives and the lives of the people in their individual domains can be changed. 2010 2012 we are now coaching them to do the same with approximately 200 small group leaders.

Care for People Living with AIDS (PLWAs)
In 2002 it was and had been clear this was a major issue and the church in TZ did not believe they had a role to play in addressing this. By 2005 through the Church Growth Seminars pastors began to understand the truth vs. the myths and the role of the church Today Imara has trained over 370 volunteers who serve over 8,000 PLWAs

Karanse or Karansi in2002 Forgotten by the government Extreme Poverty Little if any Education (only 2 children in 6 years were able to go beyond Primary School Very little if any influence of the local church in the village (some in the village attempted to drive the pastor out by poisoning his children 1 in 5 newborns died before the age of 4 Number of widows increasing and left alone with no care and/or support

Grown from 40 to over 200 Planted 4 new churches of 30-40 members Local Pastor promoted to Bishop and oversees 14 other churches Local Pastor one of the most respected men in the village

Widows ministry
Grown from serving 20 to over 120 Many now provide for themselves They serve one another

Mens ministry started in 2006 Children

Over 100 in the last fouryears have qualified and now attending Secondary School Infant mortality decrease from 20% to less than 2%
