Abstract
A library research was done to assess the response of abused women towards gun possession and who is more violent between women who have access to guns and to women who do not. After gathering some data needed, the researchers conclude that women with access to guns are more violent. Stories of abused women such as battered and cheated on were the basis of the whole research paper. Mistreated women with access to guns tend to be violent and may kill her perpetrator. In the other hand, women without access to guns rather escape from the batterer, ask for counseling on how to deal with the situation or to tell on to the authority, like the police, and have the abuser arrested.
