Swap Procedure Before Swap

1Before Installation (Swap) Procedure For Contractor
Contact Vodacom NMC for Rev before events starts for swap. Do SHE document before offloading Equipment.

Open container for site verification and Pre swap Photos.

Contact Huawei to verify arrival time and Before Amp reading. Do the before swap Call tests according to the Swap document (site file).

Swap Procedure During Swap

2During Installation (Swap) Procedure For Contractor

Enter all information in the site file and diary supplied in the swap document. (Switch of/on times, work progress, all extra equipment supplied by sub contractor and any problems during swap).

Swap according to Customer/Huawei Standard (contact Huawei with switch off/on times during swap). Self inspection according to the acceptance criteria in site file.

Swap Procedure After swap

3After Installation (Swap) Procedure For Contractor

Do the after Call tests according to the Swap document. Enter all information in the site file and diary supplied in the swap document. Contact Huawei to verify after swap Amp reading.

Make sure that the Vodacom site engineer complete all tests and sign
acceptance of site before leaving the site. Make sure to clean container and take after swap photos, lock container and phone for closing Rev.
