Zagante Systems designs a 3D mapping programs for oil exploration companies Jeremy Hicks is a lead programmer of Zagante Systems Melanie, his boss discovers to her astonishment that Jeremy was moonlighting Melanie, whos about to select Jeremy for promotion was in a dilemma now Melanie tries to persuade him to stop doing this and fully engage on TerraPix 2.0 To her dismay, Jeremy rejects even a financial aid What should Melanie do now ?

TerraPix 2.0 is in critical stage and Jeremy is a crucial resource. Jeremy was caught red handed by his boss Melanie working for other company using companys resources

Employees will not be tired and burned out, so they can focus and work more efficiently. No divulgence of trade secrets. Employees will not be distracted or unproductive in core job responsibilities. Employees can improve their job skills on someone elses money. Employees may be learning new skills that can benefit their organization. Moonlighting could have helped in compensating employees in a difficult economic situation. Downfall in employees moral and motivation. Moonlight can help improve retention. Employees may not feel as much desire to look for another job when they can juggle both.
