HISTORY
On April 10, 1963 Khrushchev destroyed the U.S.S. Thresher with one of his new weapons. The next day, April 11, 1963, Khrushchev struck his second blow. Two deployed Soviet scalar EM weapons fired massive scalar EM pulses through the ocean. The resulting giant underwater EM explosion hurled a mushroom of water half a mile up into the air, and the anomalous explosion was observed
E-bombs are designed to release a highpower flash of radio waves or microwaves. Electromagnetic pistol : The gun has a capability to convert an energy of just 4.0J to a speed of 25m/s projectile fire. EM-15 coil gun a 12VDC battery powered rifle
ELETROMAGNETIC RADIATION
E- BOMB
The bomb consists of a metal cylinder (called the armature), which is surrounded by a coil of wire (the stator winding). The armature cylinder is filled with high explosive, and a sturdy jacket surrounds the entire device. The stator winding and the armature cylinder are separated by empty space.
E-Bomb Effects
An e-bomb could effectively neutralize: vehicle control systems targeting systems, on the ground and on missiles and bombs communications systems navigation systems long and short-range sensor systems

Conclusions
Electromagnetic bombs are Weapons of Electrical Mass Destruction with applications across a broad spectrum of targets, spanning both the strategic and tactical. The non-lethal nature of electromagnetic weapons makes their use far less politically damaging than that of conventional munitions
