While creating this you may also create first Pay Grades

Pay grades would be L (55l to 65l), SM (40l to 50l), M (20l to 30l) E (5l to 8l)

Job Titles would be CEO, Different GMs, Manager, Asst. Manager, Executives, Clerks and Contract Employees Choose appropriate Job Specification abd Salary band Provide Job Description
