Meet the team
• COO and Executive Vice President, Ron Secreto is a founding partner and has been
Executive Vice President since 1994 when he helped found the company in its original form.
Mr. Secreto’s past work included serving as Executive Vice President of a publicly traded TV
Production Company where his responsibilities ranged from overall business development,
management of multiple divisions and the facilitation of company contracts. Mr. Secreto has
also served as Vice President of Marketing and Production for Shop TV, a Direct Response TV
production company. He has also served as the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer
of national independent production company that employed over a 100 employees, before being
acquired. With over 15 years in the television and production industry, Mr. Secreto is an award
winning producer, that has directed and produced over 500 half-hour television specials,
documentaries, and educational programming, allowing him to work directly with over 350 of the
fortune 500 companies in North America at the University of Alabama (1986-1991). Mr. Secreto
majored in Business and minored in Political Science.

• Senior Vice President Mike Lambert brings 20 years of Marketing and Broadcast TV
experience to the team, and is considered one of the most experienced Private TV Network
Executives in the US, having helped develop the industry since 1997, while serving as VP
Programming and VP Business Development at RMS Networks. During his eight years at RMS,
Mike drove the expansion of RMS Networks’ Retail TV Networks into Canada, utilizing strategic
relationships with BellNexxia, CTV, and CIBC; and Negotiated all of RMS’ aggressive
programming relationships with Broadcast Partners like, FOX, Discovery, Scripps, CNN and
numerous Independent Production Groups. In 2006, Mike’s final effort at RMS included building
a $1MM+ annual recurring revenue stream out of existing assets, by designing an electronic
production tracking and distribution system for Comcast. The system and small team is
presently being utilized by 5 of Comcast’s Regional Advertising Offices, and produces over 400
TV Campaigns / year. Mr. Lambert holds a BA in Economics from University of Maryland, and
an MBA in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University.
• –“The Balancing Act” airs every weekday 7:00-7:30 am nationwide on Lifetime. This daily talk
show for women has created an online social community for its viewers and runs monthly sweepstakes on
mylifetime.com, and other unique promotions with the Network.

• ”W, the women’s show” airs weekly on We (women’s entertainment), Oxygen, and Bravo. Each ½
hour covers a myriad of topics, relevant to today’s busy business women, soccer mom, newlywed, single
mom, or primary caregivers.

• “Forever Diamonds” is a 1-2 hour primetime TV Special highlighting the brilliant work of Chris
Aires…Jeweler to the stars. Airing in Q3 ’09 nationally on CBS, this primetime special will include guests:
P.Diddy, Paris Hilton, and Colin Powell, Beyonce, Oprah, along with many others.

• “Kitchen Spaces” is a half-hour television series that combines sizzle and style. Celebrity
chefs, decorating dynamos, cooking tips and innovative trends are mixed in equal parts to satisfy every
taste and create a kitchen that is the “Heart of the Home”

• ”Designing Spaces” in its 8th year, airs weekly on TLC and We (women’s entertainment). Each
week our experts teach viewers about the latest improvements they can make to their homes, to their
families, and to their lives.

• ”Hi-Tech Toys” in its 9th year in Syndication. This hour special has cleared over 87% of the
country each Holiday Season for the last 3 years. Tune in to learn about all the latest technologies and
gadgets that are available this Holiday Season.
