Story Based Questions
These are questions asks the main idea of the passage And/or paragraph Example Questions: What is the main idea of the passage? What does the passage mainly talk about? What will possiby the next paragraph will talk about? These questions needs us to know the whole story before answering it

These are questions asks the definition of certain words. Example Questions: What is the meaning of X in line Y? What best can replace X in line Y? These questions needs us to either know the real definition OR see the sentence to predict the meaning

These are questions asks what one pronoun refers to in other sentence. Example Questions: What is the does X in line Y refer to? These questions needs us to see the sentence directly before or after the pointed words sentence to answer

These are questions asks the facts mentioned in the passage Example Questions: <various> These questions (also) needs us to know the whole story before answering it

Now that we know the types of questions, lets try to make a strategy to answer these effectively!

Easiest, simply refer to a sentence directly before or directly after the sentence.

HOW TO ANSWER?
2 things that might can be done:

1. Try to replace the word in the sentence with the word in the option and find a better and more relevant soundings 2. Try to guess and eliminate most-not-possible answers one by one

HOW TO ANSWER?
Usually needs you to pinpoint where in the passage does the story is being told. Just answer is always inside the passage. TIPS: usually (not always) the real answer dont use the same wording as those written in the passage

CASE: if this is the only type of question available Or if you have done others but still havent find out what is the main idea

Nitrogen fixation is a process by which nitrogen is continuously fed into biological circulation. In this process, certain algae and bacteria convert nitrogen into ammonia (NH3). This newlycreated ammonia is then for the most part absorbed by plants. The opposite process of denitrification returns nitrogen to the air. During the process of denitrification, bacteria cause some of the nitrates form the soil to convert into gaseous nitrogen or nitrous oxide (N2O).
