1. Outline of IDQC Training course.


1.1 Training Purpose
1. To become aware of the quality level demanded by Japanese companies, 2. To deepen understanding of the basics of TQM activities as practiced by Japanese companies, 3. To acquire the QC problem-solving approach and tools for solving problems related to quality, 4. To gain various viewpoints on the roles of managers in promoting quality improvement activities

4.1 Impression of Training
Company visit Most Japan company use systematic method to solve their problem, they develop and implemented TQM, 5S, kaizen QC circle etc. Most of them use personal approach to solve the problem especially when they found human error. The first thing they do is ask is the standard available? is there any fool proof install? AOTS Training Overall training activity is good, easy to understand, mind opening. The training material is useful for my daily job Accommodation during training centre is excellent, we Muslim are accommodate to practice shalat, for halal food, etc. Shigaraki Training Basically my impression on Shigaraki factory is good, tidy, and welcome. The SCR is also good, they recently welcoming elementary student to visit the plant. The staff it self is helpful

5. Planning in Future
5.1 Planning. - Transfer the M-tan delta basic principle and procedure to QC member. - Use procedure problem solving and QC technique on daily job, especially when handling customer complaint.
