The MicroMAX-SOC is a stand-alone Base Station combining Antenna, Radio & Base-band Modem in a single Enclosure.

Minimum Configuration
The following must be set before trying to connect to AS8200 Netspan Management to configure Network parameters
IP Configuration SNMP Communities Public Private UL Frequency DL Frequency TX Power Base Station ID
All of these settings are found in the Advanced menus

After completion the MicroMAX-SOC must be rebooted in order for these changes to become active

Provisioned Service Flow. Assigned during device provisioning and is intended to provide an upper limit on the QoS level for a particular service. Base Station ONLY. Applicable to Base Station ONLY To retrieve / set Base Station parameters

Select the desired option from the top of the page such as:

Select the desired sub-option on the left side of the page Show Xxxx options are used to get information about parameters in MicroMAX-SOC Set Xxxx options are used to set parameters in MicroMAX-SOC Press the Call button to get the information or to set the parameters After setting parameters use the show Xxxx option to see them, for example:

MAC Advanced Menus

Shows uplink parameters such as the uplink frequency channel (KHz) and the Burst Profiles

Sets uplink parameters such as the uplink frequency channel (KHz)

Shows downlink parameters such as the Downlink frequency channel (KHz), BS ID and BS Tx power (bsEirp)

Shows the MAC frame configuration parameters: Channel bandwidth (3.5MHz or 3,500 KHz in MicroMAX-SOC 3.5FDD first release) cp and Frame Duration (10 msec in 1060 BSR 3.5FDD first release)

Sets the MAC frame configuration parameters: Channel bandwidth, cp and Frame Duration

Note: set only to values supported by the relevant board and the relevant release
