ITEMS FABRIC SEWING THREAD BRAND LABEL LACE HANGER COST OF MATERIAL
PRICE/UNIT 350 Rs./m 0.01 Rs./m 0.05 Rs. 0.05 Rs. 10 Rs.
PRICE Rs. 437.5 Rs. 1.50 Rs. 0.05 Rs. 0.05 Rs. 10 Rs.449.1
Thus, Total Cost of Manufacturing = Cost of Material +Cost of Production = Rs. (449.1+164) = Rs. 613.1 If we assume the total overhead to be 100% of the cost of manufacturing then, OVERHEAD = 100% of 613.1 = Rs. 6.131 TOTAL COST = Manufacturing Cost + Overhead= Rs. (613.1 + 6.131)= Rs. 619.23 Now if we assume the profit to be Rs. 100 then, TOTAL SELLING PRICE = MANUFACTURING COST + PROFIT= Rs. (619.23 + 100)~ Rs. 719.23
