MEANING OF OUTSOURCING
Outsourcing is the contracting out of an internal business process to a third party organization. Outsourcing includes both foreign and domestic contracting, and sometimes includes off shoring, which means relocating a business function to another country. Financial savings from lower international labour rates is a big motivation for outsourcing/off shoring.

OBJECTIVES OF STUDY
To know about the benefits of outsourcing. To know about the policies of India regarding Outsourcing. To know the jobs created by outsourcing in India. To know how outsourcing helps in economic growth to India.

METHODS OF DATA COLLECTION


There are two methods of Data collection are. Primary source. Secondary source. In this study we only use Secondary method of data collection by surfing net. As I have to look only what India is providing to make its country outsourcing destination.

WHY INDIA.
Swot Analysis Strength Highly skilled, English-speaking workforce. Abundant manpower. Cheaper workforce than their Western counterparts. According to Nasscom, The wage difference is as high as 70-80 percent when compared to their Western counterparts. Dedicated workforce aiming at making a long-term career in the field.

WEAKNESS
Recent months have seen a rise in the level of attrition rates among ITeS workers who are quitting their jobs to pursue higher studies. Of late workers have shown a tendency not to pursue ITeS as a full-time career. Local infrastructure. Political opposition from developed countries Opportunities. Indian ITeS companies should work closely with Western governments and assuage their concerns and issues.

THREATS
The anti-outsourcing legislation in the US state of New Jersey. Three more states in the United States are planning legislation against outsourcing Connecticut, Missouri and Wisconsin. o Workers in British Telecom have protested against outsourcing of work to Indian BPO companies. Other IteS destinations such as China, Philippines and South Africa could have an edge on the cost factor.

FINDINGS
Outsourcing becomes necessary for firms to remain competitive. Outsourcing helps firms to get global recognition. Service sector has become back bone of Indian economy. Service sector contributes 58% of Indian GDP. Govt is providing various benefits in order to attract more n more foreign firms. About 3 million people of India is directly employed by these outsourced firms. 2.1 million is indirectly employed in service sectors.
