EXECUTIVE POWERS

THE EXECUTIVE POWER IS VESTED IN THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES WHICH IS GENERALLY DEFINES AS THE POWER TO ENFORCE AND ADMINISTER THE LAWS. THE SCOPE OF THIS POWERS IS SET FORTH IN ART. VII OF THE CONSTITUTION.
