Well, maybe just this once.

Everyone does it. Shred that document. We can hide it. No one will get hurt. Whats in it for me? This will destroy the competition. We didnt have this conversation. It doesnt matter how it gets done, as long as it gets done.

In the process of behavior formation, attitude based on perception individuals matters a lot. Perception is a process by which individuals organise and interpret their sensory impressions from people and environment. This in return affects the organisational behavior of managers as well as of employees, their productivity, efficiency, satisfaction, absenteeism and turnover which are reactions to their perception.

Psychologists explain the perception as a process of receiving, selecting, organizing, interpreting checking & reacting to the sensory stimuli or data Input stimuli-be it objects, events or people Throughput or cognitive mental processes, the perceptual mechanism of selection Perceptual output like ones attitude, opinions, feelings & behaviour Indian Scriptures explain this complex perceptual process as stimuli, sensory organs, Mind or Mann, Intellect/Budhhi & ultimately the soul i.e. Atma.

According to psychologists perceptual skills can be enhanced by knowing & perceiving oneself accurately Being empathetic Having positive attitude Enhancing ones self concept Communicating with others to erase incorrect perception Decreasing common biases in perception Checking the veracity of the meaning assigned to data self-introspection Behaviour and reaction is positive when perception is favourable & negative when it is unfavourable.

According to Bhagwad Gita our sense are like wild horses, the body is a chariot & the mind is its reins. Intellect is the driver & the soul is the lord of this chariot. If the senses are not kept under control they will throw the chariot into a deep abyss. He/She who keeps reins (mann) firm, & drives chariot intelligently by controlling horses(senses) will reach the destination (Moksha)safely

Ethical behaviour leads to Positive Mental Attitude= Spiritual Snergy*Positve Spirit Positive Thought-Action= SS*PS Positive Karma=SS*PS This gives to employees depth of meaning, Breadth of experience & greater sense of life purposeto navigate through existence in this world. It is KARAMYOGA bringing necessary balance in organizations while taking care of the welfare of all the stakeholders.
