Bodily Injury Property Damage Basic Personal Liability limits are $100,000. Circumstances under which Liability claim might arise

Coverage F - Medical payments to others o All medical expenses with in 3 years of Injury o Reimbursed based on URC Conditions under which Coverage F applies

o The injury occurs to a person who has the permission to be at the insureds location
o The injured person is away from the insured location, and bodily injury arises out of a condition at the insured location or on property immediately adjoining the insureds location o A person is injured while away from the insured location by an activity performed by the insured o A person is injured away from the insured location by an insureds residence employee o An individual is injured by an animal owned by or in the care of an insured while off the insured premises

Claim Expenses
Expenses we incur Legal Expenses Premiums on Bonds Limited to Coverage E Reasonable Expenses like Meals, Parking Costs, Mileage, Loss of earnings upto $250 per day. Post judgement interest

First Aid Expenses Damage to property of others (Ex: A borrowed Camera)


Exclusions The damage is caused intentionally by an insured who is 13yrs or older Property owned by an insured is damaged Property owned by or rented to a tenant of an insured or a resident of the named insureds household is damaged The damage arises out of a business engaged in by an insured
