Literature Review

The World Wide Web (WWW) is the most popular and interactive medium for accessing and desired information. Web mining (Chen et al., 2003) is the use of data mining techniques to automatically discover and extract information from web documents/services. Information systems research has traditionally focused on organizations in US and UK without considering how these frameworks and models can be applied and extended to developing countries.

7. Findings

Most of the respondents that is 77.33% say that website is important for every business and only 22.67% say that it is not important for every business to have a website.

From the 150 respondents 77.33% respondents have their own website for their company in Ahmedabad.
95.69% of the respondents say that they got the website done as they wanted. 56.90% of the respondents service provider are good and provide post sale service also. 0.67% of the respondents know about Malnad technology. 0.67% knows about the product of the Malnad tech. Web portals business is growing rapidly and it is a business which requires less investment, which in turn yields more profits.

Updated and advanced techniques would keep the company strong in gaining more new customers. So, the company should always keep track of the changes required by the customers to serve them better.
Mass advertising strategy should be adopted to make the customers aware of the company as well as of its products. Branding refers to the name or the tag of a company or its products, which will make its customers, recognize about the companys products. So the company to render its services and earn the profits should imply the brand awareness. This will help to improve customer awareness of the company. E-business clicks only when it gives the right product to the right customer at the right time. So the company should be more innovative to keep the customers engaged in buying the services from the company.

8. Suggestions

The company should show the demo of the product to make them sure what would be the prospective features of the product. The company should create brand awareness in other states of India to grow. Brand value should be improved. Should be taken regular feed back from the customers. The product should be competitive and economical in respect to the competitors product.

Follow up of the customers requirements and fulfilling it should be the main motto of the company.

9. Conclusion

The proper understanding of goals, policies and actions of countries globally, the exporters have to develop a culture of devising their own specific goals, strategies and policies. India, as a country, may have to meet the cost of getting into global strategic alliances and market chains, achieving the necessary market share, for which companies must grow. Though there is large and efficient human resources there is under utilization of it. The quality of product and services are good but not so to fit for the customers and the brand is new.
