Possible Cause The address of the relay output card is incorrect.

Solution See , go into the System Setting dialog and press the Read button.

Relay Output Card Fault!

The driver of the relay output card is not Reinstall/update the driver. installed or incorrect.

Hardware key not found.

The dongle is not connected or the dongle driver is installed incorrect.

Check the parallel port connection of the PC or reinstall/update the dongle driver.

The number of the video channels is reduced. Not enough virtual memory for video card, please reset it!

The PCI slot is loose or the incorrect installation of the driver.

Make sure the connection is good or reinstall/update the driver.

The memory allocated for the card is too Go to the path: small. C:\windows\system32\, and execute file okdevman.exe, select the Buffer Allocator tag and input the size of the memory and restart the PC.
