. . . in decision making and action relative to service decisions are made and actions taken based on expertise (knowledge and reason).

. . . grows out of a reluctance to risk or to take responsibility for the future.

Useful dependency
Confirms and validates us. Clarifies organizational

frameworks. Helps us feel connected. Protects us from problems. Helps us learn from others.

Teamwork and Interdependence

Courage
Facing harsh realities. Examining our own

contribution to problems Putting our authentic view into words in a straightforward manner.
