JOB TITLE-: VP-HR UNIT-: 1 DEPARTMENT-: HR/IR PRESENT ROLE-: VP-HR STAFF NUMBER-: 200 NAME OF THE REPORTING OFFICER- Nihar Ranjan (Head of HR/IR) MAIN OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB-: 1.) He/She will be the central HR Business Partner for the board management, 2.) Developing policy, and coordinating human resources activities such as :a.) employment, b.) compensation, c.) employee relations, d.) benefits, training and employee services

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES OF THE JOB- Identifies and interprets legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance - Guides management on legislative changes affecting personnel programs - Serves as an employee advocate and advisor to management on personnel policy and program matters, making appropriate recommendations to management - Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety and ethical compliance - Consults with and counsels management and human resources staff to ensure that policies, programs and procedures comply with equal employment opportunity legal provisions and support the organization's affirmative action initiatives - Supervises the administration of the performance review and salary

Supervises the administration of the benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence and employee assistance Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan Prepares personnel forecast to project employment needs Prepares budget of human resources operations, and accountable for budgetary responsibilities of both compensation and benefits programs Initiates and develops new programs in accordance with overall company objectives and philosophy Negotiates contracts and/or fee schedules with benefit providers, search firms, newspapers, community based employment referral services, relocation services and agencies representing temporary and contract workers Confers with supervisory personnel, human resources staff, legal counsel and employees to investigate, document and resolve alleged violations of law and charges of discrimination or harassment Prepares report of findings and makes recommendations to the senior management

CRITERIA FOR AN EFFECTIVE PERFORMANCE - You bring a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience and training. Master's or MBA degree is preferred. - You will bring a minimum of 10+ years of human resources or related experience, including broad based management and supervision.- Integration and cultural / change management skills are highly desirable. - Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Employee Benefits (CEBS), Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or a Certified Compensation Manager (CCM) certificate is highly desirable.- Fluent in English is essential, additional languages an advantage

Job Title: General Manager Unit- 1 Department- Marketing & PR Staff Number- 275 Reports to the board of directors Position Objective - To direct, promote, and coordinate the operations of the cooperative in a manner that will optimize the cooperatives market share and savings, improve the cooperatives efficiency, help achieve the cooperatives mission and goals, and result in outstanding customer service. Position Responsibilities:- The general managers responsibilities involve supervision, public relations, marketing, profitability and sales, service, reporting, capital requirements, and other duties as assigned by the board of directors - The general manager will maintain a positive attitude that promotes team work within the cooperative and a favorable image of the cooperative.
