WEAKNESS: Virola international is mainly dependent on its exports, it does not encourage sale in the documestic market . So, the finance curve is upward-down sloping and profits are fluctuatuing. Virola international as is a very large company needs a lot of finance to carry on its working smoothly, so has a high financial debt.

OPPORTUNITIES Virola international must deveop a domestic market so as to work over worldwide. If it does not make proper sales abroad then can carry on its domestic business so that it does not suffer losses. Virola international must concentrate on reducing their direct expenses so as to increase their profit margins. For the development of the worker both on the job and off the job training programs should enhanced so they become more versatile.
