Recycle 4 Africa
Eco Green Training is the NGO branch of Recycle 4 Africa, providing training to youth groups through the establishment of BUY BACK CENTERS where the unemployed youth, from areas such as Breama, and Kwa Nzimakwe are trained to identify waste. The youth once they have been trained at our manufacturing plant, are formed into groups within their communities, and encouraged to sort waste into various types, and grades. Recycle 4 Africa as part of our objective to alleviate poverty in these area, purchases the waste from these community based youth groups, for use in production of household product manufacture. In this way we are educating communities on the value of waste products. Therefore achieving our aims as a company. These types of training centers encourages Entrepreneurial thinking amongst the youth, and included in the training, are specific employment opportunities for the disabled youth and elderly, within the communities. We at Eco Green training have encouraged volunteers from all over the world to assist us in our objectives of reaching as many communities along the Lower South Coast as possible, volunteers are expected to participate in our OUT REACH PROGRAM by being trained to project manage the BUY BACK CENTRES and support the Youth Groups until each are self sufficient.
