Started by their fathers and they inherited the entire business 2nd generation handling the business Fathers are acting as consultants in the business

Mass production due to
Increase in fixed costs along with variable
costs Reduction in profit margin

Repairing of building are the main fixed costs. Increase in labor costs and electricity.

Father owned Marble Mines Funds from the Marble Mine invested in Broadcast Media Started a television channel named IN Channel in 1998 In 2002, changed the channel to Mitra Channel

In 2007, the channel started its broadcast at state level with the name GTPL
In 2008, entered into Automobile Business Purchased a loss making showroom after the floods in the Surat City

How did they start their business?


Father running a textile company Aaditya Weaving Works consisting of 60 looms.

Due to competitive market want to diversify/expand the business to earn high profits.
Prafulchandra Mohanlal Jariwala wanted to start a company manufacturing a fancy lace but was unable to do so because of lack of human support from family. Now son being a MBA graduate and have taken experience on the field doing trading has joined the company. Started UNIQUE LACE in 2010.

UNIQUE LACE
Started in 2010 with only 3 Jhalar machine to produce lace have now expanded to 10 in house machine.

Have started giving job work appointment to others to distribute work load and increase the production reducing their hassle and capital involvement. 15 job work personnel operating over 50 60 machines.
The main part is Pranav had taken a lot of experience in trading and created a lot of contacts. This contacts have helped them in easy access in the market.

500+ designs in the portfolio. 20 new designs per month.

Yes, expand the business to new and modern technology and new innovative way of production.
Expand into narrow-fabrics and crochets machine.

Get an full time in house designer team.


Expand in their own business markets.(Geologically) Start some of the forward and backward integration to reduce cost and improve a consistent supply of raw materials with the best quality.
