AIATG Factors that impact productivity flowing wells

INTRODUCTION In this paper I present studies of reservoir engineering and well productivity that have been made to flowing wells taking based on

information, which can identify the different

factors that restrict the productivity of wells.

OBJECTIVE Identify and correct the critical factors that impact heavily on the productivity of the assets flowing wells and recovery of the remaining

reserves.

LOCATION, HISTORY AND RESERVES

The producing reservoir was discovered in 1926, but

started its operation until 1952. The type of trap is stratigraphic and has a total area of 3,785 km2. The original volume is 137.289 MMbls and currently has a Np 253 MMbls. With a total recovery factor of 0.2%.

LOCATION, HISTORY AND RESERVES

The type of black oil reservoir is under

saturated with reservoir pressure ranging

from 1300 to 5100 PSI. Oil density varies from 9 to 36 API. The depth of the reservoir varies from 850 m to 3,200 m. Current production is 65,000 oil and gas of 135.73 MMPDC, with 3,291 wells drilled, of which 2,060 are operating and 1,231 closed .

WORKING METHODOLOGY
Begins with the study of reservoir behavior.

Updating the mechanical state of the well,

and the most recent capacity. Making programmed information, starting with the calibration of the well and begins taking the RPFF and validated. A study is performed nodal analysis of all components of the production system to

the surface of the reservoir.

CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

In the study, we identified several factors that restrict the flow. We managed to improve the flow of the production system Reservoir - well - surface", likewise, was incorporated additional production of 17,511 Bls in a year. By reducing backpressure macropear level, were recovered from wells producing pressures were equalized.

CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

It is recommended to continue with the program making as much information flowing wells possible, in order to create "type flow models" Reservoir Well System . It is recommended to monitor the interventions implemented,

in order to take corrective actions in time, where required, to

optimize the productivity of the assets flowing wells.
