VOID AGREEMENTS
Section 2(g) of Indian contract act, 1872, a void
agreement is an agreement which is not enforceable by law. The agreement which are not enforceable by law right from the time when they are made, are void agreements.

According to Section 29, Agreements, the meaning of
which is not certain, or capable of being made certain, are void.
