As a leader in order to achieve a maximum work then he must have an effective leadership strategy as below :
HUMAN RESOURCES ( HR ) Development of human resources of a traditional human resources to human resources that can be dynamically evolving intended to enhance a person's work performance in accordance with the potential possessed and appraisal in certain periods to determine the extent to which the results of the application performed as expected (Appraisal).
