Account Management allows your salespeople to quickly access all information necessary to manage sales accounts from a single, comprehensive view.
Search a specific account. Modify/Update an existing account. Create a new account. It allows 2 types of accounts: Corporate, Individual. View the account address on a map. Quickly communicate (Call or E-mail) from the account screen. View/Maintain the account details, e.g., Web site, Phone, Fax, Notes. View/Maintain relationships (e.g. employee responsible, contact person) for the account. View/Maintain Marketing Attributes for the account. Capture, monitor and track transactions (e.g. activities, leads, opportunities) for the account. View attachments and interactions for the account. Generate Factsheet for the account. Once generated, it appears in the attachment section.

Contact management provides your salespeople with rapid access to an overview of key customer contact information. They can search, create and update contacts directly on their mobile devices. It also provides them with other key contact-related information such as associated account, leads, opportunities, interactions, and notes.
Search a specific contact. Modify/Update an existing contact. Create a new contact. View/Maintain relationships (e.g. associated account). View/Maintain address and communication information for the contact. View the contact address on a map. Quickly communicate (Call or E-mail) from the contact screen. View/Maintain Marketing Attributes for the contact. View interactions for the contact. Capture and track notes for the contact. Activity Management allows your salespeople to manage their schedule and activities from their mobile devices. All information is synchronized with the SAP CRM to ensure data consistency throughout the organization. They can search, create and update activities directly on their mobile devices. They can also view recent and todays activities at their finger-tips.

The Analytics of Mobiles Sales provides you with multiple chart types for each of the reports: column charts, bar graphs, and line charts.
The reports display the most current Mobile Sales data from SAP CRM backend based on the default report criteria. You can edit the reports based on a set of predefined criteria such as status, closing date, period, or sales employee. If you save a report with a new name, it appears in My Reports. You must have network connectivity to view reports.
