Houses: Three aspects

Look at three aspects when judging the meaning of a house:

House Classifications
Kendras: 1st, 4th, 7th, 10th Trikonas: 1st, 5th, 9th Panapharas: 2nd, 5th, 8th, 11th Apoklimas: 3rd, 6th, 9th, 12th Upachayas: 3rd, 6th, 10th, 11th Dusthanas (trik-sthanas): 6th, 8th, 12th

An Arudha Pada Shows...

Maya - illusion Arudha means risen one What rises and manifests materially Is the only thing that we can see (tangible things relating to the house matters)!! Abilities vs measures of ability (scores, awards, trophies etc) - which one can we see? Which one rises in the material world?

Arudha Lagna Shows...

Lagna = self (true self) Arudha Lagna (AL) = perceived self Image of a person - perceptions Material status What do houses from AL show? 5th from lagna vs 5th from AL vs A5

Houses from AL
