Baseline Project Plan (BPP)

Once all of the prior planning activities have been completed, you will be able to begin developing a baseline project plan. This baseline plan reflects the best estimate of the projects task and resource requirements and is used to guide the next project phase analysis. Will probably end up modifying throughout project life.

Contains all the info collected during the Project Initiation and Planning and Analysis Reflects best estimate of projects scope, benefits, costs, risks, and resource requirements Specifies general to detailed project activities for the phases of the SDLC Used by the project selection committee to decide whether the project continues
