Biblical Blood Moons.

There are two important reasons why there is renewed interest in cosmic phenomena such as eclipses of the sun and moon, and also in the real danger which meteors and asteroids pose to a densely populated world. . eclipses of the sun which will coincide with important Jewish festivals, and therefore have eschatological significance! a growing consciousness of the dangers which meteors and asteroids pose to life on earth.

MOVEMENT
he will never leave us nor forsake us TILL THE VERY END OF THE AGE as we make disciples (see Matthew 28). Disciple-making always includes the right attitude towards MONEY.

Poverty Theology
The premise of Poverty Theology is that money is inherently evil and thus to be poor is to be spiritual. The orientation then is towards

shunning wealth.
This doesnt make sense because some of Gods most godly saints are not just wealthy, they are very wealthy. JOB was the richest man in the ancient east. ABRAHAM was exceedingly wealthy. It is not a sin to be rich!

Prosperity Theology
The premise of Prosperity Theology is that money is a signature gift of God and thus to be rich is to be blessed. The orientation then is
towards . Thus, there are Christian leaders who own private jets, pay for luxurious hotel suites and one reportedly let a $1000 tip to a concierge in an American hotel.

There is fallacy in thinking that God wants you all rich when the Bible warns against the love of money and Jesus exhorts a simplicity of life.

Provision Theology
The premise of Provision Theology is that money belongs to God. He has entrusted wealth to us to be stewarded wisely. The orienteation then is towards

stewarding wealth.

God doesnt want us to be good and wise stewards of all that we own; rather, God wants us to be good and wise stewards of all the HE owns which He entrusted to us. Edmund Chan
