‫فتم عمل ‪ 6‬اوامر بـ ‪ 25‬بيضة اى ‪ 150‬بيضة وامر وحيد ب ‪ 14‬بيضة‬
‫الجمالى =( ‪ 164 = 14 + ) 25 * 6‬بيضة‬
‫بعد عمل ‪ Run‬لل ‪ MRP Plan‬للدقيق‬

‫المجموع ‪ GM 3050‬وال ‪ Max‬بتاع ال ‪ Order = 500‬و ال ‪ Min‬بتاع ال ‪Order = 100‬‬
‫فتم عمل ‪ 6‬اوامر ب ‪ 500‬جرام اى ‪ 3000‬جرام وامر وحيد ب ‪ 100‬جرام ليصل الى ‪ 3050‬وهناك زيادة ‪50‬‬
‫جرام لن اقل كمية يطلع بيها امر هى ‪ 100‬جرام ‪.‬‬

‫فتم عمل أمر واحد ب ‪ 15000‬وبالتالى فيه زيادة مقدارها ‪ 4800‬جرام‬

‫المجموع ‪ Liter 15‬وال ‪ Max‬بتاع ال ‪ Order = 50‬و ال ‪ Min‬بتاع ال ‪Order = 15 Liter‬‬
‫فتم عمل أمر واحد ب ‪Liter 15‬‬
‫بعد عمل ‪ Run‬لل ‪ MRP Plan‬للسكر‬

‫انا قلتله ان ال ‪ Safety Stock =10000 GM‬وفيه امر انتاج بـ ‪ 10‬قوالب كيك محتاجين ‪GM 1000‬‬
‫يصبح المجموع ‪ 11000‬وال ‪ Max‬بتاع ال ‪ Order = 5000‬و ال ‪ Min‬بتاع ال ‪Order =30000‬‬
‫فتم عمل أمر واحد ب ‪GM 11000‬‬
‫بعد عمل ‪ Run‬لل ‪ MRP Plan‬للفانيليا‬

‫انا قلتله ان ال ‪ Safety Stock =30000 GM‬وفيه امر انتاج بـ ‪ 10‬قوالب كيك محتاجين ‪ GM 20‬يصبح‬
‫المجموع ‪ 30020‬وال ‪ Max‬بتاع ال ‪ Order = 10000‬و ال ‪ Min‬بتاع ال ‪Order = 5000‬‬
‫فتم عمل ثلث اوامر كل واحد منهم ب ‪ 10000‬وواحد كمان بال ‪ Min‬اللى هو ‪ 5000‬كده يبقى حققت ال‬
‫‪ Safety Stock‬وخدت ‪ 20‬من اخر ‪ 5000‬هاصنع بيهم ويتبقى زيادة ‪4980GM‬‬

From Here you limit when the lot inspected and in spec the Lot
status will be GOOD ,Out spec the lot status will be REJ
Create a sample to inspect the Egg
Accept the Sample from the Results
From Inquiry form the Status of Lot 1 and Lot 2 appear GOOD
Repeat All Items

Create Sales Order that want 6 Each of Cake
Book the Order (Unit Price = 12)
Go to Shipping Transactions and Launch Pick Release
Go to Transact Process Move Orders and Transact the Qty from the Inventory

Note This Option created by Order Management parameters that must the Inventory
who is responsible for issue the items from the warehouse
Go to Manual Allocate Action and click Go and Allocate the Lot And Qty
At Shipping Transaction Click Ship Confirm
Confirm the Delivery
You will find only 4 Items on-hand after issuing 6 for Customer
