What Is Uterine?
Uterine is genitalia organ that consist of: body of uterine (corpus uteri), neck of uterine (canalis servicalis), mouth of uterine (cervic).
There are two types of uterine cancer, that are: 1. Endometrial cancer 2. Leiomiosarkoma Endometrial cancer is carcinoma of the lining of the uterus - is the most common gynecologic malignancy

STAGE I
In stage I, cancer is found in the uterine fundus. Stage I is divided into stages IA, IB, and IC.
Stage IA
Stage IB
Stage IB: Cancer has spread into the inner half of the myometrium
Stage IC
Stage IC: Cancer has spread into the outer half of the myometrium.
Stage II
In stage II, cancer has spread from the uterus to the cervix, but has not spread outside the uterus. Stage II is divided into stages IIA and IIB:
Stage IIA
Stage IIA: Cancer has spread to the glands where the cervix and uterus meet.
Stage IIB
Stage IIB: Cancer has spread into the connective tissue of the cervix.
STAGE III
In stage III, cancer has spread beyond the uterus and cervix, but has not spread beyond the pelvis.
Stage IIIA
Stage IIIA: The cancer has spread to the serosa of the uterus or to the adnexa, or there are cancer cells in peritoneal fluid. The cancer has not spread to lymph nodes or distant sites
Stage IIIB
Stage IIIB: The cancer has spread to the vagina. The cancer has not spread to lymph nodes or distant sites.
Stage IIIC
Stage IIIC: The cancer can be any size, but has spread to lymph nodes near the uterus but not to distant sites.
STAGE IV
The cancer has spread to the mucosa of the urinary bladder or the rectum and/or has spread to lymph nodes in the groin, and/or has spread to distant organs.

The goal is look for abnormalities in your uterine lining
TREATMENT
Based on the stage and the grade of the cancer The standard therapy is an abdominal hysterectomy Obtaining a specimen from the cancer for analysis of its estrogen and progesterone Radiation therapy Surgical operation to ovarium and uterus Chemotheraphy.
Anemia Anxiety and depression Appetite changes Bleeding Constipation Diarrhea Hair losses Insomnia
Primary prevention: Avoid the risk factors of endometrial cancer Secondary prevention: Clinic inspection through USG and endometrial citology inspection.
