Net Operating Time adalah sisa waktu dari Operating time karena waktu yang terambil akibat menurunnya kecepatan proses terhadap kecepatan standard proses tersebut. Misalnya akibat penurunan kinerja mesin, material yang sub standard atau ineffiesiensi dari operator

Perhitungan Mean Time To Repair (MTTR)


Time To Repair (TTR) : Waktu antara mulai mesin berhenti s/d mesin menghasilkan produk yang baik Misal : - Mulai mesin berhenti : Jam 10.00 - Perbaikan mesin : Jam 10.30 - 12.00 - Setelah dicoba dan menghasilkan produk : Jam 12.30 Maka TTR nya adalah : 2.5 Jam

MTTR line nya adalah 3 jam, diambil dari MTTR mesin tertinggi

Untuk menghitung MTTR, menggunakan formula sbb :

TTR Selama periode waktu tertentu (misal : 1 hari, 1 minggu, 1 bulan) Kasus pada periode tertentu (misal : 1 hari, 1 minggu, 1 bulan)
