ABOUT

The e-Aushadhi is a web based application which deals with the management of stock of various drugs, sutures and surgical items required by various District Drug warehouse , Substores, DDC of Rajasthan state.

"e-Aushadhi" helps in determine the needs of

various Substore such that all the required drugs

are constantly issued by DDW to its Substore without delay.

KEY FEATURES OF E-AUSHADHI

Drug Inventory (For Update currant Stock):

Substore can update their currant stock by click on Add Button.

Substore can select Drug and enter information of regarding drug like batch no, Mfg.date ,Expiry Date, Active Qty. ,Quarantine Qty. , InActive Qty. and click on save button.

After click on save message come Data has been saved Successfully.

Indent Generation from DDW:

Indent for issue:
Enter Substore name, Category , Request Type and Status. Pending: When Substore rose indent to DDW the status is being pending. Final Approved: When DDW Approved to the raised indent by Substore then the status will changed from pending to Final Approved. Processed: When DDW Issue drug to Substore then the status is processed. Rejected: When Substore reject indent of DDC then it comes under Rejected Status.

Enter the indent of selected Drugs then click on save button. After that message come indent raised successfully.

Return Request

It is used to return Drug to its DDW. Enter Substore name and Request Type which is Return Request and click on Generate.

Enter the Required Quantity of selected drug through Drug Finder and click on save button . Your request is successfully saved.

Approval Desk (For approving DDC indent request of Drugs):

Through this Desk, Substore can approve the indent requested by DDC .Without approval Substore cannot issue drugs to DDC.

Using this form Substore can increase or decrease requested quantity by DDC or make approval weather it should be issued or not.

Acknowledge Desk:
Substore need to be acknowledge to DDW for the status of indented drug either received or not. Enter Substore name and checked DDW name from whom he received drug and Click on Acknowledge Button.

Select Status (Active/Acknowledge). Active: All request which are pending to acknowledge. Acknowledge: All requests which already has been acknowledged come in this status.

Now Enter Remark accordingly and Click on Save Button.

After Click on Save button following voucher is generated.

Issue Desk (Issue Drug Substore to DDC): Through this Desk, Substore can Issue Drugs requested by DDC counter. Select Substore name and Status(To Be Issue/ Issued) now Checked the issue no and click on Issue.

Now using this form fill the issued Quantity.

Click on # symbol to select batch of particular drug. The drug which are near Expiry come on priority.

After click on OK following screen come fill Mandatory fields and click on save button.

After click on save button a voucher is generated.

Breakage/Lost Item Details:Through this, store can fill the Details of Breakage and Lost Quantity of Received Drug.

Select the breakage drug using Drug Finder. Fill the breakage Quantity and mandatory fields. Click on save. Then request is submitted.

Offline Return (Drug Return From DDC to Substore):

Through this Desk, DDC counter can Return Drugs to Substore. After you click the Offline return link in menu the following screen will display.

After click on save Voucher is generated.

Issue to DDC offline (If DDC are not Computerized):Through this Desk, Substore can issue Drug to DDC (In case DDC counter are not computerized).

Select the drug which is return using Drug Finder. Fill the return Quantity and mandatory fields. Click on save.

After click on save Voucher is generated.

 Stock

on Hand Report for DDC:-

Through this Report Substore can check Current stock available in store.

After click on Generate following report is generated.

Pending Indents Status Report(Indent submitted to DDW):Through this Report Substore can check their request for drug is pending or not.

After click on Generate following report is generated.

Expiry Details:Through this Report we can check drugs which are Expired or Near Expiry in the stock.

After click on Generate following report is generated.

Issue Register(Drug Issued From Substore to DDC):Displays batch wise Issued Drugs to its DDC counter.

After click on Generate following report is generated.
