Contractual Staff:
Hired to fill in gaps & short-term requirements of various functions. The contract period vary from three months to three years.

Supporting Staff:
Hired for performance of various functions and jobs in the bank. This category includes; Secretaries, typists, assistants, receptionists, computer operators, peons, drivers, electricians, etc.
5.
Experienced Bankers:
Recruiting trained & experienced bankers to fill the gaps of required skills in the bank. Hired in different grades matching with their qualification and experience. A candidate with at least two years of relevant experience will be an experience banker.
Internal placements. Advertisement in suitable newspaper. Advertisement on the banks website. References of employees. Database of solicited and unsolicited resumes.
The process begins when recruits apply for employment and ends with the hiring decision.

Written Test
Post graduation in Business Administration/ Public Administration/ Commerce/ Economics with 1st Division/ minimum B Grade from HEC recognized universities. Candidates not exceeding 26 years of age. A written test conducted by HRD. Candidates who score minimum passing marks in test shall be called for interviews by panel if interviewers constituted by the President and CH HRD.
These candidates shall undergo a training designed for MTO in Training Academy. MTOs shall be placed in OG-I Cadre during training period. Upon successful completion of training period of one year, MTOs would be placed in Asst. Manager grade. MTOs who fail to achieve the above criteria shall continue in OG-I.
