This style is not approved due to poor execution Must resubmit another smpl after following corrections blw 1- the frt neckline is way too low, must raise the neckline 1 1/4" UP and bring in the neck width btwn the shdlr straps 1/4" each side following all revised specs 2- frt straps are not laying nicely at the joining area due to incorrect shape at joining sm to frt bodice. pls see attached photos and take out "pie" shape to 0" at neckline to bring the a/h closer to the body at the joining sm 3- Must shorten the shldr straps bring to revised spec = 11 1/2" ** also the btm btn/hl should be 1/2" fm the edge and the 2nd top btn/hl should be 1 1/2" apart fm center to center. 4- Must increase body length bring to revised spec = 30 1/2" ** must bring sweep opening to spec = 35" ** MUST increase frt chest bring to revised spec = 28" - the width MUST be added to the frt body to bring the side sms twd the frt - fit smpl side sms are too far to the back 5- Back chain smocking panel is very poorly formed - the elastic has not retension and the panel is too flimsy ** top edge is too stretched and open- MUST add 3/8" "ruffle" btwn the top opening edge & the 1st row of chain smocking - add 1/4" elastic through this ruffle to keep the top edge close to the body ** MUST decrease the width of the shirring panel relaxed to 3 1/2" ** MUST cut throught the center of the back panel to create and back "princess" panel for the shirring - as per the fit smpl due to fty taking a dart at each side of the smocking panel - the frt chest is too tight 6- Frt pintucks on the shortest end should be made shorter bring to revised spec = 2 3/4" for the shortest but keep the longest as per the fit smpl and spec 4 1/2" 7- Must lower pkt opening fm underarm +1" bring to revised placement 9" fm underarm ** MUST increase the pkt opening bring to revised spec = 4 3/4" ** MUST add bartack at the top & btm edge of the pkt opening - MUST make the bartack go through all layers of pkt & pkt bag to hold in place and avoid pulling 8- Must follow all revised spec, corrections, and attached photos and resubmit another smpl for review asap

This style is not approved pls follow all corrections and resubmit another smpl for review 1- Straps are too short must go back to original length of 12" but place the 2nd btn fm the finished end up 2" to the center of the 2nd btn/hl 1st btn/hl should be 1" up fm the finished end to the center of the btn/hl - with 1" fm center to center of each btn/hl 2- Back panels of this style are very flat - fty needs to open the hem at the back body to increase 1/4" on each seam at the hem blending straight line to the waist to increase the sweep +1" bringing to revised spec = 36 1/2" 3- Sides are badly caving in at underarm - MUST pick up the side sm at the a/h trim joining sm 1/2" at underarm bringing to 0" at 3 1/4" fm the side sm along the a/h joining sm at the frt and to 0" at 2 3/4" fm side sm along the a/h joining sm at the bk - pls cnfm this correction is clear 4- Side sm is not straight MUST move the side sm at the a/h ON the trim side sm 1/4' toward the back - meaning to increase the a/h trim length 1/4" more past the side sm and decrease the back a/h 1/4" ** to continue to straighten the side sm the hem must be shifted 3/8" twd the frt taking off 3/8" at the frt side sm hem and adding back same 3/8" to the back hem at side sm straightening the line fm a/h to hem opening 5- Frt neckline shape is not laying flat to the body at the a/h - fty MUST fix this issue taking out at dart just below the strap joining sm to angle the joining seam at the strap and avoid opening at the a/h due to poor neckline at a/h shaping

This style is approved for production with following corrections 1- the straps are too short and the 2nd btn/hl should be under the inside of the garment on the extra extension the fty neglected to put at the end of the shldr strap. MUST improve and add to shldr strap length +1 1/4" bringing strap to spec = 12 1/2" fm shdlr SM to end ** MUST have the btn/hls 1 1/2" apart fm center to center - 1st btn closest to the edge should be the hidden btn and only used by the customer to adjust the strap length for someone who is taller or bigger 2- the side sms are shooting twd the back body - pls be sure to balance the body to avoid this issue for going forward 3- There is still gapping at the a/h - this time on the body near the straps joining sm. fty needs to angle the body at the strap joining seam to avoid any gaps in the a/h shape - shape should be smooth and hug the a/h body to avoid openings 4- the side sms are caving in at the waist - fty needs to pick up the side sm at the underarm -1/2" and blend a nice line w/o taking out chest width making it too tight across the chest - chest is very close right now and if you make it tighter it will not fit well ** fit smpl side sm measures 23 3/4" want the side sm to measure 23 1/4" 5- Must bring frt a/h trim closer to the body aviod gapping at the a/h opening ** straighten the frt strap joining sm to be level not angled ** must keep the distance btwn the back straps lined up to the back smocking panel joining sms 6- back smocking panel is OK as per fit smpl however in the top "elastic" added pls tighten the elastic fit smpl elastic is "blooming" at the opening edge 7- Must move the side sm twd the frt 1/4" at the hem on either side and straighten to avoid side sm shooting twd the back 8- Must follow all corrections bring all mnts to spec and proceed production

Measurement Discrepancies: 1. Front Body Length +1/2" 2. Chest Width at Armhole, elastic stretched +1/4" 3. Chest Width at Armhole, elastic relaxed +1/4" 4. Waist Circ -1/4" 5. Bottom Circ +1/2" 6. Straps Apart +1/4" 7. Shoulder Strap Length +1.25 Style & Construction Issues: 1. All Fabric & Trims used are Actual, except the W/Care label. 2. Flag Emb on the sample looks Slant, N/A; Make sure to follow the Flag Emb is Straight & should be neatly finished with the Squared Tips around the Corners, and Messy Flag Emb is N/A. 3. NY to confirm the total strap Length from HPN to END. Have measured 13.75 from HPN till Strap tip end. 4. Generally the Sample fits fine on the Body Form. 5. Make sure to use all Trims as per the approved BOM/GWS. 6. Bring back all the measurements to spec.
