INTRODUCTION
BAJA SAE INDIA is basically a racing event which started in the year 2007 under the working committee of SAE INDIA with an overwhelming crowd of students from different engineering colleges participating around the country in this event. Such a high magnitude and a world class technological display along with a tinge of enjoyment has

made our dream a technological extravaganza and we are the lucky ones who got the opportunity to participate in the event our team have all the fresh ideas and latest technical and creative knowledge and best of efforts from all engineers to make it a big success and leave a mark of THE IPS TRADITION.

EVENT OVERVIEW
SAE BAJA is a international program counted. by SAE INTERNATIONAL. SAE BAJA firstly started in U.S.A (1976)

This event is held in six countries. (USA,BRAZIL,SOUTH AFRICA,INDIA,UK,ITALY)

SAE BAJA event is organised for engineering college students to showcase their talent on a national level.

VIRTUAL ROUND DETAILS:

Teams who are participating in this event should have a valid SAE INDIA STUDENT MEMBERSHIP & their college should must be registered to SAE INDIA. It is a presentation round in which participating teams have to give presentation about their vehicle in-front of the judges. The registration fees of this round is Rs 15000+1854 service tax=Rs 16854.

MAIN EVENT DETAILS:

After clearing the VIRTUAL ROUND selected teams are shortlisted for the MAIN EVENT in which they have to fabricate i.e. manufacture the vehicle & make it ready before the racing event. It hardly takes 4 to 5 months to manufacture the vehicle which is a step by step process. Total Cost in manufacturing the vehicle is 3 to 4 lakhs approx.

MARKETING & PROMOTION

Logo recognition on vehicle(ATV). Company logo & info will be displayed on our team website after clearing the virtual round. During the virtual round company name & logo will be display on team ppt.

TITLE SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS

If his/her company or organization is interested to become a title sponsor of the team then the main focus will be on the promotion of his/her company or organization throughout the event by the team itself. On a platform like this it is a big opportunity for his/her company to increase their market value.

 Best efforts to have your organizations status recognized in all media initiatives & media coverage.

If team wins any of the event during the racing a award is given by the BAJA SAE-INDIA to the winning team which gives them name & fame on the national level as well as to the company who has sponsored the winning team.

ASSOCIATE SPONSORS BENIFITS

If his/her company or organization is interested to become a associate sponsor of the team then the main focus will be on the promotion of his/her company or organization throughout the event by the team itself. In a associate sponsorship companies name will be displayed with other companies on the vehicle(ATV).

FOR TITLE SPONSORSHIP CHARGES ARE:

TOTAL COST OF THE VEHICLE =Rs 400000 APPROX

FOR ASSOCIATE SPONSORSHIP CHARGES ARE:

SPONSORSHIP AMOUNT=Rs30000 onwards.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All the agreements regarding sponsorship b/w the two parties will be settled through MOUs.

The payment received through sponsorship will be accepted Only through Cash & Cheque.
NOTE: ALL THE TERMS & CONDITIONS ARE APPLICABLE AFTER CLEARING THE VIRTUAL ROUND.
