In short or middle terms Saudi Arabia needs to increase the local available workforce and develop the volume of its skilled labour to face its economic issues.

In this context, the arabian gorvernment decided to conduct a large-scale and far-reaching reform of its education-training-employment chain and thus in its world of job market.

Why do you need an education-training-employement chain reform ? The figures of emplyment within the saudian population are unsatisfactory so you need to appeal to labor supply from outside the country The current educational system is not satisfactory to supply and fit all the skilled labor needs It seems to be difficult to fit some branches of industry and their related training During the training sessions the amount of desertion seems to be too high so you cant guarantee a high level of success at the end

Why is the amount of emplyment within the saudi population unsatisfactory ?
1. Weakness of the amount of job seekers demand vs job market offers Bad representation of some jobs and professionals sectors among saudian population Lack of some specific skills and competencies within KSA. So you need to resort hiring workers from froreign countries Salaries policy dont fit with the employment of saudi arabian job seekers

Why the current educational system is not satisfactory to supply and fit all the skilled labor needs ?
