Funnel technique It starts with a general question which sets context of the survey Specific questions on income or education level may make the subject uneasy Specific questions should therefore be phrased and placed craftily The questionnaire starts with warm up questions before jumping to specific questions Order Bias Questions 7,11 and 15 place the options in the same order Same ordering of options results in anchoring bias People tend to answer such questions using first option as point of reference Better approach would have been jumble up the options in these questions to negate such a bias
