Out of range - A parameter that used to alert the operator that the received power is out of the acceptable range. Out of Margin - A parameter that used to alert the operator in front of passing the acceptable edges that the receiver able to receive. Hysteresis power level difference between alarm declaration level and alarm clear level (1dBm default)

After setting the Reference Optical RCV Power, It is possible to see that the OPR Normalized is 100% For example: in the following scenario the Reference optical RCV Power have been set to -12.23
