Located in center of newly developed shopping hub of S. G. Highway. Largest mall in Gujarat with over 450000 sq. ft. of retail space. Reliance & Westside as anchor stores. Reliances first & largest hypermarket in India of 185000 sq. ft. Two huge central atriums of 11878 & 10340 sq. ft.

STRENGTH
The mall has a good retail mix and boasts of several brands like Iscon Mega Mall has travelators and escalators from parking level to the atriums. Customers benefit from multiple entry points to the mall as well as the large parking available in basement; front elevation, side elevation and back entry Large parking space. The mall is designed keeping convenience in mind with escalators and benches at strategic locations for weary shoppers. The benches are surrounded by artificial coconut trees on the first floor, giving a beach-like feel. Popcorn and gelato ice cream counters are seen as well.

WEAKNESS
Large vanilla stores which are not in promoted as they are shadowed by the anchor stores. ATM service is available only by one ATM kiosk of Citibank Mall has no theater which most malls have these days. No customer service desk on entrance. Reliance Mart is now not so popular and thus had to decrease its size and is limited to one floor.s

OPPORTUNITY
Having no small retailers or its competitor Big Bazaar around, it should leverage this environment. Conducting more events in the mall. Utilization of its entertainment area to pull more customers. Promoting its variety of brands and in store offers to increase footfall.

Threats
Footfall is generally for its anchor store as we observed. Its location is quite far from prime residential area. So other retailers benefit because of their proximity. Lack of big restaurant outlets . There are many eateries and restaurants near the mall which draws many customers there. Gulmohar Mall is its main competitor which boasts of big brands and entertainment.
