Brief Introduction
The present-day wellbore structures are becoming more complex with demanding
requirements for competent cementing operations. The principal objective is to
formulate cement that is pumpable for a time sufficient for placement in the
annulus, develop strength within a few hours after placement and remains durable
throughout the wells lifetime. Failure to achieve these objectives may severely limit
the wells ability to reach its full producing potential.

Brief Introduction
As operations move into deeper waters and unique applications, with extended
reach laterals, higher pressures and higher temperatures, the cementing
additives needs to not only meet these requirements, but to surpass them. In
addition, cement additives are an active domain of research and development,
and the industry regularly introduces new and improved products.

Cementing Additives that fits in High Temperature, Saturated Salt Resistant
and Intelligent Temperature Adaptable.
For the intelligent temperature-adaptable retarded cement slurry system, the
hydration is controlled mainly through the macro-molecules directed
adsorption of the fluid loss agent and the retarder agent and by the
concentration of the retarding molecules of the solution.

The Basics
N Cementing is one of the most critical steps in
Well Completion. It fills and seals the annulus
between the casing string and drilled hole.
What is CEMENTING?
N Cement forms an extremely strong, nearly
impermeable seal from a thin slurry.
N The properties of the cement slurry and its
behavior depends on the components and the
additives in the cement slurry.

What is Fluid Loss Control Additive?
Minimize the loss of water from
the slurry permeable
formations. This helps maintain
the properties of the cement
slurry during placement and
until the cement sets.
GT-10 is a synthetic, organic
polymer available in solid or
liquid form, which controls
the fluid loss of the cement
slurry through absorption and
filming resulting in reduced
fluid loss.
It has no harmful effects on
the slurrys consistency or
density and is rated for
saturated salt water solutions.

GT-50S It can change the
structure and quantity of large ion and
groups in the slurry. The large crystals
appears and the chemical pre-stressing
force is produced when GT-50S reacts
with the cement slurry.

It helps during the condensing and
expansion of cement slurry.

cement shrinkage and the prevention
of migration of gas between the well
bore and the cement or between the
cement and the casing.
