Client Acquisition Process Flows

• Plus91 will provide to the Distributor all marketing materials to aid in sales
• Plus91 will also provide Master Copy of Each software on a CD.
• The distributor using his marketing and sales setup will get an order from a
doctor or medical entity.
• In case of any customizations the same are sent to Plus91 Office via E-mail.
• The package is then installed at the doctor’s clinic/ medical entity and payment is
collected.
• Plus91 is called on its helpline number and license key is given to start the
software.
• The distributor sends the post sales form duly filled via email to Plus91
• Payment is collected in the name of Plus91 or distributor as per the MOU.
• Plus91 also does online sales where the distributor only manages the non
technical aspect of sale
