General Philosophy
Option

Football forces the defense to play assignment football. Option Football allows you to not block up to 2 defenders per play Option Football puts pressure on the defense from sideline to sideline

the high school level these plays are paired. Defenses are hard pressed to stop both plays with the same front.

Midline (Mike)
Double

Option

Attacks the center of the defense Forces the defense to constrict

Give

read is the 2 or 3 tech tackle Tackle and End cross block on DE and LB HB inserts through C Gap and gets MDM
