Scop final : a identifica performanta curenta si cea dezirabila. Cum? Interviu; Focus group; Chestionar; Fisa de observatie; Performance data reviews; Teste de verficare a cunostintelor.

Depre participanti?
Background; Nivel de experienta; Atitudini despre tematica; Consideratii despre parcursul training-ului; Rezultate asteptate.

Reactii: feedback de tip +/- si schimbari, calificative Invatare: self-assessment pentru participanti, attitude survey, quizes (multi-choice, T/F) Comportament: fisa de observatie, discutii 1la1, simulari Rezultate: rapoarte de performanta - input, output, time, cost, quality.
