Is this fair and/or Constitutional? DeKalb property owners will pay this money for the next 25-30 years (bonds) on their property taxes.

Thanks to Senator Johnny Isakson, Governor Sonny Perdue and CDC Director Julie Louise Gerberding, the health consultation was completed in February 2007. The 4.9 million dollars was allocated in March 2007 the largest amount of money from the Solid Waste Trust Fund in Georgias history.
