 THE INNER REALITY (SOUL)
Soul or the ‘being’ is the real person
It expresses itself through its subtle faculties –
mind, intellect and latencies (Sanskaras)
Soul is composed of seven basic attributes or
meta-physical energies – knowledge, peace, love,
joy, purity, power and bliss
Mind is the Emotional self and Intellect is the
Rational self

 Rajyoga Meditation =My first experience in

July,1980
 The experience was so profound that I have
been researching with its varied applications
ever since

 THE BACKGROUND - 1
 I was working as Veterinary Officer in CCBF,
Suratgarh, Rajasthan
 Due to personality clash between myself and the
Director, an atmosphere of tension, confrontation
and strife between Rajasthani and non-Rajasthani
staff emerged
 About 300 people living in the premises of the
farm experienced the effect of tension and strife
except one brother, Mr. Modi,, J.E.., CPWD.

 One day I asked Mr. Modi about the secret
of his not being affected by the tension
around
 He then invited me to his quarter where he
introduced me to the Brahma Kumaris‘
spiritual knowledge by explaining three
pictures – on the soul, the Supreme Soul
and the three worlds

 APPLICATION OF THE
SPIRITUAL KNOWLEDGE
 Mr. Modi guided me to meditate in
Amritvela based on the three pictures
explained in the previous evening
 I could experience real mental peace from
the Ocean of Peace, God Shiva; real
spiritual love from the Ocean of Love, and
power from the Almighty

 FURTHER APPLICATION OF SPIRITUAL
POWER GAINED THROUGH RAJYOGA
 Using the will-power gained through
meditation I could overcome addiction to
caffeine (tea) for ever, just after a week
 Sleeping pills discarded after two days
 Gained relief from hyper-acidity and
dyspepsia

 INCREASE IN TOLERANCE
POWER
 With the correct understanding of the
eternal world drama I developed faith in its
benevolence, and this increased my
power to tolerate adverse circumstances
 When I stopped retorting, the director lost
interest in troubling me, and gradually the
atmosphere of strife and confrontation
vanished

 APPLICATION OF THREE
POINTS
 1. Soul - the point source of spiritual energy - the
battery with 7 cells that store the spiritual energy of
7basic attributes
 2. Supreme Soul – The eternal power house or
generator of the basic attributes or spiritual energies
 3. The full-stop – What happened is as per the
benevolent world drama and hence is in my favour
even if I don’t understand it right now
 These three points help me to keep my self-esteems
and soul-consciousness

 In the fore going picture we found how the mind and
intellect is in continuous interaction with the sanskara
 When the original or basic attributes of the soul is in
emerged form within the sanskara those subtle
vibrations will allow the divine virtues and powers to
emerge in our thoughts, desires and decisions
 When divine virtues and powers are filled in the
sanskara, mind and intellect we transform ourselves
from human being to divine being or a deity.
 It leads to the re-establishment of the value-based
society called paradise.

 VISUALIZTION
• of the soul, Supreme Soul, basic attributes, relations
 PERCEPTION
• experiencing each attribute , sweetness of different
relations with God
 RECEPTION
• filling each attribute within the soul-battery
 DISTRIBUTION
• Sharing the attributes with other souls in the world

 HEALING MEDITATION
 Spiritual energy of God when aligned with
physical energy of the elements of the body the
latter gets purified, empowered and activated
 These purified and empowered elements
function optimally and then diseases caused by
their malfunction disappear
 The purification of the elements of the body
results in the purification of the elements of the
entire universe leading to the establishment of
paradise, the world of truth and purity
