YAMAHA India Had Accumulated loss of Rs 10 Billion . Technical Restructuring : Technology up gradation The company proposed to manufacture 50% of the components and balance through Vendors. Marketing Restructuring : To Increased the number of dealers . New marketing campaign. Research and Development: Planned to spend 202 billion yen. New product development : India-Only-Modal Finally , the company committed Rs 8 Million as restructuring Process in 2008-10.
