Existing System

The existing "OPEN Auction House" is managed manually. Drawbacks Prior to each auction, the day of auction, the venue and the items on auction are announced through news media. Bidders need to attend the place of bidding. It covers only limited Area. Limited Bidders and Sellers.

Need for new system

The new site is Online Auctioning system, 'Anyone, Anytime, Anywhere'. That what it really is The Online Auctioning System" is online auction house so the Seller or Bidder doesn't need to go anywhere, instead they can take part in the auction just sitting in the comfort of their living room, be it during the day or night. This site also acts as an open forum where buyers and sellers can come together and exchange their products.

It covers Large No of Sellers and Bidders.

Brief Description About Modules

MODULES Login Login Module include various utilities like User Registration, Authentication, Change Password and Forgot Password. This module provides all facilities to admin for managing the Category. Search Module Provides Category wise Search of Products. In This Module Seller can Upload their Products for Auction, Bidders can bid for the Products finally Admin decides the Winner based on Highest Bidding Price. Report Generation Module can generate reports of past Auctions, Sellers and Bidders.

Process Description

There are main two process:1.Admin 2.User

Bidder. Seller.

Admin Process Description: First Admin login in to the system. Admin manage Category or Products. Admin can manage the Users. Admin can send E-mail or sms to the Auction Winner User. Admin logout of the system.

User Process Description: User register in to the system and login in to the system.

User can upload his products for Auction.

User can Search Products For Auction. User can Bid on the Product. User can Show Your Bid in this System. User logout from the system.

Process Algorithm for Admin:-

Step 1: Admin enter to the website. Step 2: Admin can enter the AdminId or Password in Login Form. Step 3: If Admin can not login than go to Step 2 Else go to Step 4. Step 4: Admin Manage the User. Step 5: Admin can Manage the Category. Step 6: Admin can Manage the Products. Step 7: Get the Bidding Information. Step 8: Admin can check who is won the Auction. Step 9: Admin can Send Acknowledgement to the User. Step 10:Admin can Manage the Payment Detail. Step 11:Admin can Manage all thing than Logout from the System.

Process Algorithm for End-User:- (Bidder/Seller)

Step 1: User can enter to the Website. Step 2: User can enter UserId or Password in login form. Step 3: if the User can not login than go to Step 2 Else go to Step 4. Step 4: User can upload Products for Auction. Step 5: User can Bid for the Other Products. Step 6: User can show your Bid Information. Step 7: User can update his Profile.
