international airport (36 km) to the south. Opened in December 2006, this
spacious five Stars All - Inclusive Resort spans a total of 400,000 sq. meters.
Surrounded by large gardens and located directly on the Red Sea with its own
320m wide beach, it is offering spectacular views over the turquoise water and

true Egyptian hospitality.

ACCOMMODATION
A total of 714 rooms, suites and villas. All rooms are very
spacious with comfortable furnishing, large balcony or terrace or
window, satellite TV, international direct dial telephone, mini
fridge, in room safe, hairdryer, bathroom with shower, tea and
coffee making facilities. Rooms with connecting doors as well as
non-smoking rooms are available upon request.
Standard Rooms: divided into rooms with twin beds and rooms
with a king size bed in addition to triple rooms use. Rooms with
balcony, terrace and window with different locations and views.
Deluxe Rooms: a luxurious version of the standard rooms, at prime location
to the sea featuring additional facilities such as tea and coffee making facility,
fruit basket, cookies, Mini bar replenishment with soft drinks, mineral water,
bathrobe and slippers.
Family Rooms: very spacious room with king size bed and two additional
single beds. Same facilities as standard rooms. with view over looking the
gardens.
Executive Suites: luxury executive suite with bedroom / separate living room,
sofa corner and dining table, balcony or terrace with an excellent view to the sea.
Additional facilities such as tea and coffee making, fruit basket, cookies, Mini bar
replenishment with soft drinks, mineral water. Bathrobe and slippers.
Family Suites: executive suite connected with one standard room, same
facilities as the Executive suite.
Villas: villas are directly on the sea with four individual rooms all with private
bathroom and balcony.Each Villa includes kitchen with kitchenette, reception
area, dinning room and wide terrace over viewing the sea.

Mona Lisa : main restaurant serving buffet breakfast, lunch and
dinner with international and local themes. 250 seats indoor / 400
seats outdoor.
Rossini : the inspired taste from Italian cuisine, specialty restaurant
serving dinner, open buffet salad and dessert, three different set
menus as main course. 105 seats indoor.

Alladin : traditional Oriental la carte restaurant serving Lebanese,
Moroccan, and Egyptian delicious dinner. 110 seats indoor.
Fish Market : with a breathtaking view overlooking the Red Sea,
serving the best Sea food la carte specialty restaurant, open for dinner.
90 seats indoor.
Royal Lounge : a la carte restaurant serving dinner, 60 seats indoor,
bar serving different varieties of beverages, hot and cold, local and
imported alcoholic, Open from 19.00 to 02.00.
Bay Watch : grill restaurant overinew of Makadi Bay, serving
internationl grilled items, open for lunch and dinner with salad and
dessert buffets.
Golden Dragon : Chinese and Sushi la Carte Restaurant serving
dinner, 70 seats indoor.
BARS
Lobby bar: fun pub located at the lobby area serving drinks.
Open throughout the day till late night with daily evening entertainment and a
double decker bar 130 seats indoor.
Marbella Bar: marbells pool snack restaurant and bar serving beverages,
