This documentation includes brief description of Milk Agency
program.
MILK AGENCY is an automated desktop application
Our milk industry plays a vital role in country everyone is
linked with this industry in many ways directly and
indirectly. Hotels houses hospitals shops offices canteens
almost everywhere we see milk or its products. If we
automate this industry, this will make things better. The
main focus and work upon is to make business better
efficient and easy to maintain business books.

Existing System
Existing system is manual
i.e. maintain all types of record in various registers &
files
It is very difficult to get information about customer,
Sales, and Purchases.
Sometimes, redundancy of data occurs which may lead to
misjudgement

Requires more man power
Excessive paper work
Duplicate data exist
Lot of errors exist
Report generation is not easy
